The research question

Can the expertise of your best performers be captured and transferred to others?

Skills Transfer is a two-stage protocol that makes tacit expertise observable. First, Neuro Garage captures how an expert performs the task; then that performance model is used to train and evaluate learners.

ParticipantsMinimum 1 expert performer + 5 learners / less-experienced professionals.

How this study is executed.

The protocol below reflects the service definition developed for Neuro Garage. Final details are confirmed before execution.

01

Capture the expert performing the specialized task and identify critical visual cues, task sequence and decision points.

02

Build the transferable performance model from the expert execution.

03

Train learners using the approved task / performance model.

04

Re-evaluate learner execution and compare it with the expert pattern.

05

Quantify learning progression, time-to-proficiency and remaining gaps.

Scientific configuration

The method follows the question

Technology is selected because it is scientifically appropriate for the research objective, not because a device must be used. Santiago configures the study scope, stimuli, participant flow and measurement path before execution.
