Study-specific, not one-size-fits-all
Retention is defined for each study by the approved protocol and/or the applicable client contract/SOW, taking account of legal, scientific, security and audit requirements.
What data may be processed
Depending on the relationship and approved study, Neuro Garage may process account/contact data, commercial and billing records, participant eligibility and scheduling data, informed-consent records, research responses, neuro/behavioral or physiological measurements, quality-control metadata, security logs and authorized study deliverables.
Research measurements that may be sensitive are access-controlled and are processed only for the approved research, scientific, operational, compliance or contractual purposes applicable to the study. Client-facing access does not automatically expose participant-level raw measurements.
Purpose, access and providers
Data are used to operate the requested service, administer studies, communicate with clients and participants, perform scientific quality control and authorized analysis, produce agreed deliverables, maintain security/audit trails, process payments and comply with applicable legal obligations. Access is limited by role and operational need. Hosting, email, payment, anti-bot and other infrastructure providers may process only the information needed to deliver their respective services.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential session/security technologies may be used to authenticate users, protect forms and keep the platform secure. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled in the future, must remain subject to the applicable consent controls.
Where a protocol, ethics review, contract, law or participant information sheet requires stricter terms, the stricter study-specific requirement controls.
Contractual baseline
Unless an accepted contract/SOW expressly provides otherwise, Neuro Garage agreements generated by the platform are governed by the laws of Peru, with contractual venue in Lima, Peru, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rules that cannot lawfully be displaced. The accepted quote, generated contract/SOW and approved scientific protocol together document the negotiated project scope.
Neuro Garage proprietary algorithms, CEREBRUM NOBILIS processing logic, formulas, source code and know-how are not transferred merely because a client purchases a study or receives a deliverable. Any different intellectual-property arrangement must be expressly recorded in writing.
