Outdoor Metrics uses AMP for continuous aggregate audience measurement of political outdoor media. It distinguishes potential exposure from actual viewing and quantifies impressions, watch rate, attention time, dwell time, audience characteristics and performance by location and time.

How this study is executed.
The protocol below reflects the service definition developed for Neuro Garage. Final details are confirmed before execution.
Define a minimum of five political outdoor-media points and the campaign / content schedule.
Install and configure AMP for privacy-governed aggregate audience measurement at each point.
Measure continuously for 30 days per location.
Quantify impressions, actual viewers, watch rate, dwell time, attention time, audience profile and performance by hour / day / location.
Report comparative location and campaign-performance patterns across the contracted points.
