Incident Insight is an in-situ, individual incident-investigation protocol for incidents, accidents and critical events. It uses eye tracking, IAT-style stimuli and case-specific photographs to examine knowledge, familiarity, inconsistencies, omissions and involvement without attaching equipment to the participant.
Measurement follows the task
The technology path shown here is the approved structure for this service. The exact protocol is configured around the research question, environment and participant flow.
How this study is executed.
The protocol below reflects the service definition developed for Neuro Garage. Final details are confirmed before execution.
Reconstruct the incident question and identify people, places, objects, equipment and actions that matter.
Build the case-specific IAT-style and photographic stimulus set.
Evaluate each relevant person individually with the Eye Tracking Bar protocol.
Analyze knowledge, familiarity, omissions, inconsistencies and involvement indicators.
Deliver an individual evidence set that can operate as the Neuro Garage incident-investigation protocol and/or guide additional investigative actions.
What this specific study can produce
What the client can change with the evidence
The study is designed to translate observed behavior into concrete operational, people, design or risk-management decisions.
Who has used comparable research approaches?
Publicly documented examples from companies and institutions worldwide. These organizations are not presented as Neuro Garage clients, and the examples do not imply they purchased this exact Neuro Garage protocol.
